Adult Religious Education
“If you live according to my teaching,
you are truly my disciples;
then you will know the truth
and the truth will set you free.”
-- John 8:32
"Adult Catechesis has three major goals:
1. It invites and enables adults 'to acquire an attitude of conversion to the Lord.'
2. Catechesis for adults helps them to make 'a conscious and firm decision to live the gift and choice of faith through membership in the Christian community.'
3. Catechesis for adults helps tham to become 'more willing and able to be a Christian disciple in the world.'"
-- National Directory for Catechesis

Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP):
Do you like to plan ahead? Take note and mark your calendar now !!! Parish Faith Renewal weekends are planned for January 2013. The men will gather on Jan 5 and 6 and the women on Jan 12 and 13. What a wonderful way to start the New Year by spending a prayerful and spirit filled weekend with your fellow parishioners. The CRHP program is put on by your fellow parishioners, right here in the parish facilities. Remember Pope Benedict the XV1 has declared this to be the “Year of Faith”. These CRHP weekends provide a great opportunity to respond to the Pontiff’s proclamation, and to rediscover and renew our relationship to our Lord and his Holy Catholic Church.
