Mission Statement

Our mission at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church is to evangelize the Good News of Jesus Christ in order to transform lives,

hearts and minds through worship, faith formation and discipleship.

As members of God’s diverse family, we treasure the rich traditions of our Roman Catholic faith and welcome all

to a spiritual home and to an enlightened, joyful and vibrant life in Christ.

Needs of the Church and Parish Campus

The projects I described over the past few weeks will cost more money than we have available. We will need a special effort to make the much needed repairs, replacements and renovations. We will have to raise these needed funds through a capital campaign. Just as I have looked to the talents of parishioners to professionally assess our parish infrastructure needs, other parishioners have come forward to pledge contributions over 3 to 5 years, so we can make these needed improvements. I am grateful and encouraged by this quite early effort. However, it is not nearly enough. Our campaign effort will require the entire parish community to be part of the solution. I will talk about the Renew, Preserve and Grow Campaign next week.
