Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
My
Yoke Is Easy
Jesus wants us to take up his burden
as he takes up ours. “My yoke is easy and my burden light,” he says. His
burden, the cross, is a way of life. Our own burdens are better shared with
the one who leads us to salvation. The Father has entrusted all to Jesus,
his son, who leads us home. God invites us to his table, the Eucharist.
